Mrs. Schuiteman - English

1/31
Good Morning!!
Well, we find ourselves home yet again..... :(.
Yesterday, we worked on writing the introduction to our essay.  If you did not finish, please try to finish that by Monday.  Also, if you want to try writing a conclusion, here are a few tips:
-Start with stating the thesis statement again as your 1st sentence.
-Take a sentence or two to wrap up your topic.... think, why is it important to know about?
-The last sentence, leave the reader with a good thought... think, a hope for the future, a challenge to the reader, etc.
Try it!!  We'll work with that on Monday... at least let's hope mother nature cooperates, I miss you all!!!
